Donovan's Biography:

Donovan began his experience in the automotive industry at American Sunroof Corp. in Detroit, Michigan, fabricating parts for the Cadilac DeVille and Ford Mustang.  He later joined the auto collision repair industry as an estimator and now has over 10 years of experience that also includes production and parts management.  Donovan joined CCC in 2021 as a Client Solutions Advisor, a role that includes working with auto body shops to optimize their experience with CCC One to maximize efficiency, quality, and effectiveness. Donovan approaches estimating as a reporting process, using photos and the elements of estimating - couples with the MOTOR Guide and OEM footnotes - to create a representation of the repair that anyone (customers, adjusters - any stakeholder) can read and get a complete understanding of the operations required to restore the vehicle to pre-loss condition.
