Jackie's Biography:

Jackie has been serving as a certified executive coach at ATI for 5 years.  She began her career in collision over 20 years ago as a Customer Service Representative working her way up to eventually running a 7 store market in the northeast. Her passion for learning drove her to join several other teams to focus on HR, Account Management, National Training, Sales and Marketing.  After 14 years she moved on to help grow the network of OE certified independent shops for Chrysler, Ford, GM, Nissan and Infiniti as a Director of Business Development for Assured Performance Network.  Following her work on certification programs,  she became a director for a small digital marketing firm focused on the auto industry where she advised on marketing budgets and strategies.

Jackie holds several certifications from Cornell University Including Business Strategy and Change Leadership. She’s a profit first Professional who is certified in employee engagement and executive coaching.   She is most passionate about the financials and is always driven by the numbers.
