Mark's Biography:

Mark is the Director of Business Intelligence at Industrial Finishes and Systems, Inc.,
headquartered in Eugene, Oregon. With over two decades of financial analysis experience,
he provides interactive reporting and insights that help the body shop industry better
connect the dots towards profit improvement.
Mark also serves as an adjunct professor at Washington State University, where he teaches
foundations of business analysis using Microsoft Power BI.
Mark holds a degree in Finance from Western Washington University and is a Certified
Public Accountant licensed in Oregon.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys traveling, reading, and hiking with his wife, two children, and
their lively dogs, Lexi and Sam.
